Rich Casino is an online casino that has been through many changes over the years, since launching in 2009, and it’s one that I generally try to steer clear of. This casino has had its fair share of complaints and negative reviews, and this is why I never recommend playing here as a general rule. It’s an entirely non-downloadable online casino, it's powered by multiple software providers, and Rich Casino is currently ranked at #31 on TopCasino, which says enough.
This isn’t the worst online casino out there. There are far worse online casinos, but it’s not a casino that I will ever be signing up to, and if I were you I would avoid signing up here too. Despite efforts from the operator to improve the casino, many online casino review sites have blacklisted this casino, and some have even labelled it as a ‘rogue’ casino.
If you do end up registering an account though, you can take advantage of a 200% matching deposit bonus on your first ever deposit, and then you’ll have access to more than 500 games from several providers such as Betsoft Gaming, Habanero, Octopus Gaming, Vivo Gaming (live dealer games), Microgaming, Pragmatic Play and others.
One thing that annoys me about this casino is the fact that there’s a pretty rubbish player support network in place. Although I don’t recommend playing at Rich Casino, there are still a couple of things that I like about this casino. Check them out below, and then check out some of the things that I don’t like about this casino.
Unfortunately Rich Casino doesn’t have any games from NetEnt, Playtech or Microgaming (or from several of my other favourite providers). However, they do still have a decent selection of games to choose from. You can find classic slots, video slots, bingo, table games, card games and live dealer games from a company called Vivo Gaming.
Rich Casino also runs plenty of daily online slot tournaments for the more competitive players, and there are cash prizes up for grabs each time. Throughout these slot tourneys, known as ‘Races,’ you get to play on several popular online slots, and the cash prizes tend to range from C$50 to C$100.
Here are some of the most obvious downsides to Rich Casino. These are the things that make me never want to play here.
If you do end up signing up to Rich Casino and run into some kind of technical difficulty, or perhaps you have a general question about the casino (or your account), don’t count on getting your issue resolved or your question being answered straight away. The main reason for this is because there’s no telephone support whatsoever and also no live chat support. You can send them an email, but they can take a while to get back to you. It’s as if they really don’t want to deal with you.
The bonus money AND the deposit amount on the welcome bonus and any other future matching deposit bonuses must be wagered at least 35x times before you can withdraw.
While I do like the game selection here at Rich Casino, I would still love to see games from Microgaming, Playtech and NetEnt, or form various other providers such as Blueprint Gaming, Red Tiger Gaming, Quickspin or Play’n GO.
Rich Casino has some of the lowest weekly withdrawal limits available anywhere online today. You can only withdraw up to C$2,500 per week!
One of the recurring complaints that I seem to keep reading about for Rich Casino is that the withdrawals either take longer than usual, or they are just not processed at all. Some of these complaints are quite old though, but I still can’t trust an online casino that stalls on paying out winnings.
No. Rich Casino is not a casino I would recommend. There are plenty of other perfectly secure online casinos on this website that I can recommend signing up to though and the best ones are featured in my top 10. I think that I’ve read too many bad reviews for Rich Casino and this has put me off. I just don’t trust what goes on here. Try it at your own risk, and don’t say I didn’t warn you. The lack of support should also be a big enough warning sign for you. Don’t forget that it’s also my second lowest rated Canadian friendly online casino (#31 out of 33).
